Complimentary clarity call
The initial clarity call is complimentary and intended to discuss your goals, answer general questions, and consider whether the service may be a suitable fit. It is not a therapy session.
Payment
Full payment is required to reserve a paid session. An appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received and any required intake and consent documents have been completed.
Cancellation or rescheduling by the client
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a paid appointment. With 48 hours’ notice, payment may be transferred once to a new mutually available appointment or refunded, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable processing fee.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are normally charged in full. Genuine emergencies may be considered individually, but an exception is not guaranteed.
Late arrival
A late arrival does not normally extend the scheduled end time. Depending on the amount of time remaining and whether the session can still be conducted safely and effectively, the session may be shortened or treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellation by the practitioner
If Viviane must cancel, you may choose a new appointment or receive a full refund for the affected session. The practice is not responsible for indirect expenses or losses connected with a schedule change.
Packages
Any package will have its total price, included services, payment schedule, expiration period, and refund terms confirmed in writing before purchase. Unused package sessions are not transferable to another person unless agreed in writing.
Technology and privacy
Clients are responsible for a private setting, reliable internet connection, and a suitable device for online sessions. If a significant technical problem prevents the session, both parties will make a reasonable effort to reconnect and may reschedule when continuation is not practical.
Agreement
Booking and paying for a session indicates agreement with this policy. A separate service agreement and informed consent will apply before clinical-style intake information is collected or a paid service begins.
